Your images will be crisp, clear, edited if necessary, and formatted to ensure all content is curated in to the highest quality and platform appropriate posts, stories, carousels, reels etc. Content will remain fresh, new, up to date, and relevant.
Monthly Planning Session
HartSpin Media takes pride in building a long lasting relationship with our clients. In order to plan appropriately to each individual businesses needs we will meet either over the phone or in person dependent upon our availability. During these planning sessions we will work together to communicate all business hours, upcoming special holiday hours, possible closures due to business needs, special events, promotional products/services, and any other necessary information your followers should know. Consumers need to stay informed in advance and be reminded frequently of ANY changes to your normal operating rhythm. With a monthly check-in there are no surprises! Once we have a smooth process in place, you can decide on wether or not to continue a live monthly planning session, or simply move to an email version later down the line.. The choice is yours!
Monthly Calendar
After each monthly planning session, HartSpin Media will send our clients a recap along with a calendar of "events" showing the dates each topic will be posted. Any changes to hours will be listed out by date along with all other items discussed for the upcoming month quality and accuracy of related media content.
